STB DIN EN ISO 13628-5 2010-05 — Petroleum and natural gas industries — Design and operation of subsea production systems — Part 5: Subsea umbilicals. Abstract
This part of ISO 13628 specifies requirements and gives recommendations for subsea control systems and umbilicals used for chemical injection, gas lift, utilities and service functions. It applies to umbilicals containing electrical conductors, optical fibres, thermoplastic hoses and metallic tubes (alone or in combination) and covers static and dynamic service routings. Ancillary equipment is included only where it is permanently associated with the umbilical; topside hardware not permanently attached is excluded.
